ACH Minerals Pty Ltd (ACH) is a private minerals exploration and development company based in Perth, Western Australia.
The Company’s 100% owned Great Southern Project is located 550km south east of Perth and represents an exciting near-term gold development opportunity in an historically proven mineral field. Acquired in August 2016, the Project covers approximately 660 square kilometres and is host to JORC 2012 resources containing 783Koz of gold, 10.3Moz of silver, 82Kt of copper, 134Kt of lead and 77Kt zinc.
Located at the intersection of the world class Southern Cross greenstone belt and the Albany Fraser Orogen, the tenement package also offers a compelling regional discovery opportunity.
The Great Southern Project comprises two distinct elements to the north, the Ravensthorpe Gold Project (RGP) comprises mineral rights extending over 160 square kilometres of Archean geology that has historically yielded significant amounts of high grade gold and copper including from the Kundip mining centre which is the subject of the ACH’s development studies. In addition to the known deposits, the RGP tenure is prospective for nickel, lithium, manganese and antimony.
To the south, the Jerdacuttup Project (Jerdacuttup) comprises over 400 square kilometres of predominantly Proterozoic geology prospective for base and precious metals. In the 1990s, Homestake discovered Trilogy, a large near surface polymetallic deposit confirming the prospectivity of Jerdcuttup for multiple VHMS/SEDEX discoveries.
In a premium jurisdiction, with excellent infrastructure and a supportive community, ACH is well positioned to capitalise on the multiple growth opportunities within the Great Southern portfolio.
