Paul Bennett

Managing Director, BEng (Mining), MBA, MAusIMM, MAICD

Mr Bennett is a Mining Engineer with an MBA who has extensive experience in the operation, development and financing of resource companies and projects over a 20 year period. He has worked in technical, management and business development roles for Newcrest, Western Metals and Panoramic Resources and holds a WA First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate. For nine years Mr Bennett was a senior executive at RMB Resources where he specialised in the provision of equity, quasi-equity/mezzanine and debt financing for small to mid-sized resource companies across a range of commodities and jurisdictions. Mr Bennett was a Non-Executive Director for a period of 4 years on the Board of Horizon Gold Ltd (ASX:HRN).

Ed Ainscough

Director, BSc (Hons) (Geology), FGeolSoc, MAusIMM

Mr Ainscough is Managing Director of ACH Global. Since its establishment in 2013, he has led the two major transactions of the ACH group, namely the Foster/Jan Nickel Project (2014) and the Great Southern Project (2016). Mr Ainscough is a geologist by training and has extensive operational experience (gold, copper and tin) in Australia and in Africa, the UK and New Zealand. He was previously with Gold Fields where he held a key business development role reporting to the Executive Committee and was the last Chief Geologist for WMC Resources at the St Ives Gold Mine, overseeing a $25mpa drill budget and the addition of over 2.0Moz to reserves during his tenure. Prior to joining ACH Global, Mr Ainscough was a Director at PCF Capital Group where he managed over A$300 million in transaction value and advised resource sector companies on corporate, M&A and valuation assignments.

Ian Junk

Director, BEng (Mining)

Mr Junk is a Mining Engineer and a founder of the ACH group of companies. Following a successful operational career with WMC Resources, he founded Donegal Resources which together with Mincor Resources (ASX: MCR), acquired and reinvigorated the Mariners/Miitel nickel mines at Kambalda in 2000. Following this success, Mr Junk went on to acquire a 25% interest in the Lanfranchi nickel mine, in partnership with Panoramic Resources (formerly Sally Malay Mining). Mr Junk has been a Non-Executive Director of TSX listed Brilliant Resources, ASX listed Reed Resources and most recently, Managing Director of Kimberley Metals Group, where he was instrumental in the acquisition, study, development and operation of the Ridges Iron Ore Project in the Kimberley region of WA.

Wang Jiuyu

Director, BEng (Mining), MBA

Mr Wang is an experienced mining engineer and has worked in both China and at the Ridges Iron Ore Project in the Kimberley region of WA. He is currently ACH Global’s General Manager Business Development, working closely with his extensive contacts in the Australian resource investment sector and the ACH group’s China based investor network. Previously Mr Wang was the chief design engineer for a mid-tier Chinese gold corporation. He has a Bachelor of Mining Engineering from Northeast University and an MBA from China’s most prestigious MBA college.

David Groombridge

Exploration Manager, Msc (Economic Geology), MAusIMM

Mr Groombridge joined ACH Minerals following the acquisition of the RGP in 2016. He has a strong connection with the Project having worked there since 2011 for both Tectonic and Silver Lake Resources. Previously Mr Groombridge has worked a number of mine based operation geology roles at a variety of gold and nickel mines in the Eastern Goldfields of WA as well as being the Project Geologist for Wolf Minerals’ Hemerdon Tin/Tungsten Project in Devon, UK (2007-2009).
